two eyes cenote

Two Eyes Cenote is the English name for Cenote Dos Ojos, a pair of stunning, side-by-side sinkholes connected by a legendary cavern system between Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Expect glass-clear freshwater, dramatic light rays, and easy entry points that make it perfect for first-time snorkelers, confident freedivers, and certified cavern divers alike.

With Mexplor, you can explore both “eyes” at a relaxed pace, learning about the geology, stalactites, and haloclines that make Two Eyes Cenote unique. Our small-group and private options help you avoid the rush, and our underwater photo add-on captures your best moments in natural light. Routes can include iconic passages like the Barbie Line and the Bat Cave (for certified divers), or a calm loop ideal for families and creators who want clean shots.

Good to know: the cenote sits inside the Dos Ojos park off Highway 307; entrance policies and fees can change. We handle logistics, eco-briefing, and timing so you can focus on the experience. Book your Two Eyes Cenote tour with Mexplor and see why it’s a must-do near Tulum.
